As I attempted to get in the mud I realised you have to just slide down the steep hill because there was nothing to hold onto and it was super slippery. When I first landed in the mud I thought it was disgusting but then I got used to it.
I ran through the thick mud as fast as I could, although I felt like I was only moving as fast as a snail. Then I stopped so I could go through the deep bit. It was up to my shoulder. I was nervous because of the depth and it was already challenging enough.
Then Fran's dad (James) threw mud at my face. I couldn't believe it, how dare he? I didn't retaliate but I wanted to.
I pushed myself through the rest until I got to the hardest part where the teachers had to help. The line was huge and when it was my turn I fell. Jamie's stepdad, Liam, had to pull me through it. The mud was super thick and deep. When I had been pulled through that, the mud was only up to my ankles so I could actually 'run' through it like the name Mud 'run'.
It was so fun that I decided to do it again. After I finished the second round I had to climb up the hill to get to where everyone else was and it was really difficult because there was lots of mud and there was nothing to hold on to so you had to run up it!(I kept slipping down and nearly pushing other people down.) At the end we took a group photo.
I loved it if i had another chance to do it I definitely would.
